1. General

Velibre GmbH - General Terms and Conditions

Status: February 28th 2017. Last amended on February 28th 2017.

These Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all our deliveries and services between Velibre GmbH (hereinafter Velibre) and our customers in their respective contact and any subsequent contractual conclusion. In general different conditions to the customer only apply if they are explicitly acknowledged in writing by Velibre in individual cases.

Special note

Velibre is a German registered company and our first business language is German. The English version is designed to provide our customers with an approximate translation. In case of any disputes concerning the Terms and Conditions the German version will be deemed to be the correct version.

2. Registration

A completed registration process is required for the customer to purchase the Velibre product. It is up to the customer to ensure that the registration data is complete and accurate. If, after registration or after an order has been placed, the registration information changes then the customer is obliged to correct them immediately.

When registering on the internet the customer must create a personal password that must be kept secret and which must not be disclosed to third parties. The customer is responsible for all actions that occur under their registration when their password has been used.

3. Orders

Orders can be placed as follows: On the Internet at: www.velibre.com, www.velibre.de, www.velibre.es, www.velibre.co.uk, www.velibre.nl, www.velibre.it, www.velibre.at, www.velibre.be, www.velibre.se, www.velibre.cz and many more Velibre owned domains.

4. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in our online shop is not a legally binding offer, but an invitation to inspect our products. The order will be delivered on the date of the order using the given prices that were offered in our online shop. Velibre will inform you of the receipt of your order including the details of the order with an "Order Confirmation" immediately after receipt of the order by e-mail. The Order Confirmation does not constitute a contract of sale as this is only for your information and control. The acceptance of the offer by Velibre will be followed by the dispatch of the goods ordered and the associated shipping confirmation e-mail. The contract is completed when the goods are despatced. It is not necessary to register with Velibre to order. A ‘guest’ order is also possible. In all cases the registration is free.

5. Payment

5.1. The customer can pay by credit card or through PayPal or through any other means that Velibre offers or may offer on the Velibre website. The product prices are all inclusive of VAT.

The purchase price and shipping costs (if any) are due upon completion of the order immediately and without deduction.

5.3. The customer is not entitled to set their own value of claims against claims for payment of Velibre.

6. Shipping & Delivery

6.1. Velibre ship orders the next business day after the order confirmation has been sent out and no later than the second business day. The delivery will be made, unless otherwise agreed, to the address provided by the customer.

6.2. Transport costs are listed on the Velibre website and will be added to the cost of the products. The exception will be where the value of the order has reached a level where Velibre will provide free transportation.

6.3. Irregardless of point 6.2 the listed transportation costs and allowances can be varied at any time and without notice.

7. Cancellation of the Contract

Velibre’s transport partner will attempt to deliver the goods to the customer two times. If the goods cannot be transferred to the customer then Velibre will automatically cancel the order and resigns from the contract and any payments made will be reimbursed to the customer.

8. Conditions

8.1. Withdrawal:

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without any explanation. The revocation period is fourteen days from the date on which you or a third party named by you, other than the carrier, has taken physical possession of the goods. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must contact us at:

You will need to provide a delivered statement (e.g. by post mail, fax or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model Withdrawal Form, but it is not compulsory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal deadline.

Consequences of Cancellation:

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we receive from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising from the fact that you chose a different method of delivery than that offered by us). You will be reimbursed no later than fourteen days from the date on which the notice is received through your cancellation of this contract with us. For this repayment we use the same method of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless you expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will be charged fees for such repayment. We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever the earlier point in time. You should return the goods to us promptly and in any event not later than fourteen days from the date on which you notified us of any cancellation of this contract to:

The deadline is met if you sent the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days.

8.2. The customer may not terminate the contract if this involves the delivery of goods which have been made from an individual choice or decision by the customer for their production or which are clearly tailored to his personal needs, such as the product "Your Mix ".This does not apply in the case of the enforcement of obligations under the defect warranty law.

9. Return After Cancellation

9.1. Prior to returning please contact Velibre in writing by e-mail to service@velibre.com.You will receive via email a packing list and a transportation sticker.

9.2. Velibre recommends, as far as is possible to make the return in the original product repackaging.

10. Retention of title

Until full payment has been made the goods remain the property of Velibre.

11.Defective Goods

If the delivered goods are defective then all statutory warranty claims can be relied upon.


The statutory warranty period concerning defective goods shall apply. The statutory limitation period for warranty claims is 2 years. If there is visible damage to your orders such as that related to transportation damage then please contact Velibre immediately under service@velibre.com describing the circumstance.

13.Shipping Damage

Your customer orders will be delivered without visible damage. Please let us know if this is not the case at service@velibre.com immediately. If you fail to inform us then this could prejudice your legal rights and their enforcement, especially your warranty rights.

14.Privacy Policy

15.Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany will be used for all disputes arising out of the contract. The provisions of the UN Sales Convention do not apply. Bremen is the exclusive court of jurisdiction.
